Processing Time
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Confirmation: You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Options & Rates
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping (Domestic):
  - Cost: Free shipping on all orders over INR 399.
  - Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors such as local carrier delays or customs clearance for international orders.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders for subscribed members. No code is necessary—this discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you can track your shipment on our website. We will also share updates on your number from time to time provided you have shared your number. This allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

Lost or Stolen Packages
The Deo Project is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you suspect your package is lost, please first check with your carrier or neighbors, and then contact us at care@thedeoproject.com if further assistance is needed.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at care@thedeoproject.com. After this window, changes or cancellations may not be possible if your order has already been processed.
